Good afternoon,
I would like a quote for a monthly contract quote and an hourly quote for the maintenance of the following properties:
Flat 1 - 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 small garden
Flat 2 - 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom
Flat 3 - 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom
Flat 4 - 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 1 small balcony
Flats in Alcantara, Lisboa
We will need staff to attend the properties if anything breaks during our Airbnb guests' stay (e.g toilet, light switch, shower, oven, doorframe, problems with a door lock, window, electricity problems etc).
