BT House is a large newly built family home designed for a young couple planning for the future and looking for a space that could grow with them.
From the beginning, the goal was to create something warm, refined and distinctive, without falling into an overly neutral or predictable interior. We introduced slightly darker tones in selected areas to create depth and contrast, balancing them with natural wood, soft textures and large marble surfaces.
The material palette was carefully designed to feel elegant but still comfortable for everyday living. Warm timber, darker details and subtle lighting help soften the presence of the stone and marble, while custom furniture and integrated solutions keep the different spaces visually connected.
Because this was a new-build property, the project was developed with close attention to the real dimensions, architectural constraints and future execution. Each element was designed not only for its visual impact, but also with construction, functionality and long-term use in mind.
The result is a contemporary family home with a calm atmosphere, strong material contrast and a consistent identity throughout the different rooms.
